Full Refund — When You Get Every Dollar Back
You are entitled to a full $50 refund in the following situations:
- The upgrade cannot be completed. If we attempt your upgrade and are unable to successfully install Windows 11 for any technical reason, you receive a full refund immediately. No questions asked.
- Your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements. If we determine before your appointment that your computer does not qualify (not enough RAM, storage, or not running Windows 10), we refund you in full before any work is done.
- You cancel 24 or more hours before your appointment. Cancel at least one full day in advance and you receive a complete refund.
- We cancel your appointment. If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason on our end and you prefer a refund, we will issue one immediately.
Partial Refund — 50% Back
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will refund 50% of the service fee ($25). This accounts for the time we've reserved for your appointment that cannot be rescheduled on short notice.
No Refund — When Refunds Don't Apply
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- The upgrade was successfully completed and Windows 11 is installed and working on your computer.
- You decide you no longer want Windows 11 after the upgrade is finished.
- You experience issues with third-party software (such as an old printer driver or specialized program) that is incompatible with Windows 11 — these are limitations of the software, not failures of our service.
- You are a no-show for your appointment without prior notice.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
Please include your name, email address used when booking, and the reason for your refund request. We process all eligible refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
48-Hour Follow-Up Support
After a successful upgrade, we provide 48 hours of follow-up support for any issues directly related to the Windows 11 installation (such as a driver not working or a setting that changed). This support is included at no additional charge. Contact us at Support@win11anyway.com or (325)267-7131.
