Support By Moore is completely safe. It is our own branded remote support tool built for Win11Anyway customers. It does not install any background services or startup programs — you can close it at any time and we immediately lose all access to your computer. We cannot reconnect without your permission and a new session code.

How the Remote Session Works

From download to Windows 11 — here is every step in plain English.

Download & Run Support By Moore
Click the download button above and save Support_By_Moore.msi to your desktop or Downloads folder. Double-click it to run the installer — it takes only a few seconds to complete. Once installed, the Support By Moore application will open automatically. No account or login required.

Share Your Session Code With Us
When Support By Moore opens, you will see a large number on the screen — your session ID. It looks something like 123 456 789. Share this number with us by phone (325)267-7131, text, or email Support@win11anyway.com. This number is unique to your session and changes every time you open the app, so only you have it.

We Request Access — You Click Accept
After we enter your code on our end, a pop-up will appear on your screen asking if you want to allow access. Click "Accept." That's it. We are now connected and you can watch everything we do in real time on your own screen. Nothing is hidden from you.

We Run the Windows 11 Upgrade
With your permission, we apply the registry modification that bypasses Microsoft's hardware check, then download and launch the official Windows 11 installer from Microsoft's own servers. The upgrade typically takes 60 to 90 minutes depending on your internet speed. You can step away or watch — we will handle everything.

We Verify Everything Works
Once Windows 11 is installed, we check your desktop, files, browser, programs, and settings. We do not disconnect until you are satisfied. We will also walk you through any differences in the new Windows 11 interface so you feel comfortable right away.

Close Support By Moore — We Are Disconnected
When the session is complete, simply close the Support By Moore window. We immediately lose all access to your computer. We cannot reconnect unless you open the app again and share a new session code. You may keep Support By Moore installed for any future follow-up support, or uninstall it at any time from Windows Settings → Apps.

Your Safety & Privacy

What we can do, what we cannot do, and how you stay in control.

✓ You stay in control
You can end the session at any moment by closing AnyDesk. The connection is immediately cut and cannot be re-established without your action.
✓ You see everything
Every click, every action, every window we open appears on your screen in real time. We cannot work in a hidden or background mode.
✓ We cannot access your files
We do not transfer, copy, or download any of your personal files. Our session is for performing the upgrade only — not for browsing your documents or data.
✓ One-time access only
Your AnyDesk code changes every session. After you close AnyDesk, the code we used is invalid. We cannot reconnect without a new code from you.
⚠ Only share your code with us
Never share your AnyDesk code with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly. We will only ever ask for your code after you have booked and scheduled an appointment with us.
⚠ Back up your files first
We strongly recommend backing up important photos, documents, and files to an external drive or cloud storage before your appointment — as a precaution before any OS upgrade.

Common Questions

Do I need to keep Support By Moore installed after the upgrade?
No. You can uninstall it anytime from Windows Settings → Apps → Support By Moore → Uninstall. We do recommend keeping it installed for 48 hours after your upgrade in case you need any follow-up support from us.
Is Support By Moore safe? Will it cause any problems on my PC?
Yes, it is safe. Support By Moore is our own branded remote support tool built specifically for Win11Anyway customers. It does not run in the background, does not connect to the internet unless you open it, and does not collect any of your data. It is a standard remote desktop application, the same class of software used by IT departments at companies worldwide.
What if my internet is slow?
Support By Moore itself works on most home internet connections. The upgrade downloads Windows 11 from Microsoft's servers — the faster your internet, the quicker the download. On typical home broadband the full process takes 60–90 minutes. We will let you know if your connection is too slow to proceed.
Can I watch what you are doing the whole time?
Yes — always. Everything we do appears on your screen in real time. You can ask us to explain any step. If you see anything you are not comfortable with, close Support By Moore and the session ends instantly.
What if something goes wrong during the upgrade?
If the upgrade fails for any technical reason, Windows 10 automatically rolls back to its previous state. Your files and programs are safe. You also receive a full refund per our Refund Policy.
Do I need to be at my computer the whole time?
For the first 5–10 minutes while we get set up, yes. After that, you can step away while the upgrade runs. We will contact you when it is complete so you can review the finished result with us before we disconnect.
