By booking a service with Win11Anyway and paying for an upgrade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Win11Anyway.
Win11Anyway provides Windows 11 upgrade services for Windows 10 computers that do not meet Microsoft's official hardware requirements for Windows 11 (specifically TPM 2.0 and/or Secure Boot). Our service includes:
Our service is performed either remotely via secure screen-sharing software or in person within the Houston metropolitan area.
To be eligible for our service, your computer must:
If your computer does not meet these requirements at the time of your appointment, we will issue a full refund and the appointment will be cancelled.
We guarantee our work. If we attempt the upgrade and are unable to successfully install Windows 11 on your computer for any technical reason, you will receive a full refund of the $50 service fee. This guarantee applies specifically to cases where the upgrade cannot be completed. It does not apply in the following circumstances:

Win11Anyway is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to maintain adequate backups prior to the upgrade.
Win11Anyway's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($50). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or hardware failure unrelated to our service.
Windows 11 installed on hardware without TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot may not receive certain future Windows features that require these components. Win11Anyway makes no warranty regarding the long-term compatibility of unsupported hardware with future Windows updates.
Win11Anyway is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Windows, Windows 10, and Windows 11 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Our service uses Microsoft's official Windows 11 installation media downloaded directly from Microsoft's servers.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
